REFUSECLOTHING.CO.ZA RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed
    • We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
      • The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
      • The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
      • The product has the incorrect size or specifications.
    • We do not permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
      • The product/service was on sale
      • on Gift Cards, event tickets, raffles or fund-raisers
      • The product was underwear, swimwear, socks or an intimate item, or anything that requires high sanitary concerns
      • Misuse of a product/or service
      • You have notified us of your wish to exchange/return after seven days of delivery
    • When a Return and/or Exchange needs to be initiated
      • Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within seven days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you.
    • The choices you have upon Returning the Product
      • When a product is returned to us you can:
        • Have your account credited.
        • Have the amount refunded to you if the product is damaged or we aren't able to supply you with the exchange in your size (fewer transaction fees incurred, packaging fees, and courier fees).
        • Have the product replaced/exchanged.
      • How a Return and/or Exchange is initiated
        • All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated using an email sent to malcolm@refuseclothing.co.za / 

          customerservicesariel@gmail.com

          setting out:
          • the reason for the return.
          • whether you would like the account credited or replaced/exchanged.
          • whether you would like the product collected from you or you will deliver to us.
          • if you would like the product to be collected, the address from where the product needs to be collected.
        • Condition of the Product Returned 
          • In returning the product to us, the following shall apply. The product needs to be:
            • Undamaged
            • Unused
            • Free of any scent including perfumes, smoke, or sweat.
            • In the original packaging including all price tags and labels.
            • Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.
          • Manner of Return
            • Depending on your preference we may either collect the product from you, or you may return the product to our offices at the following address: 12 Ravensgraig, Woodstock, Cape Town, South Africa, 7925.
            • Our fee, should we be required to collect the product from you shall be the following: R99 local R450 International.
          • What will happen once a Product is returned
            • Once returned, and subject to a product inspection, your account with us will be credited or refunded, or replaced, as per your preference.
          • Product Inspection
            • Once returned, and before accepting such return, we will be permitted to inspect the product.
            • Should the product in our reasonable discretion not be suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept such return.
          • Excluded Products
            • The following product(s) shall be excluded entirely from the above-returned policy:
              • - Items on sale - Pre-order items (may be exchanged if we have the correct size or exchanged for store credit/another item) - Underwear, intimates, swimwear - Headwear
